Payment & Delivery

Payment for your order can be made by any of the following;


  • Credit Card online only via Paymate (order processed after funds are deposited to bank account, 24 - 48 hours).
     
  • Cheque (requires 3 business day clearance after depositing to bank account)
    NOTE: For banking purposes, all cheques must be made payable to - A J Radford

  • Money Order (usually processed same business day as receiving, & cashing at Post Office)
    NOTE: For banking purposes, all money orders must be made payable to - A J Radford

  • Bank Transfer (order processed after funds are deposited to bank account, usually 24 hours).

Based on business hours, delivery via courier is usually within 24 - 48 hours of payment being received at my bank - film order is processed as soon as funds are in bank account which varies depending on payment method;

All samples & orders are dispatched direct from my wholesale supplier via their nominated courier to reduce waiting time and transportation costs.

Any products purchased (film kits and/or toolkits) are freighted Australia-wide for a flat fee of AUD$ 20.00 per order (not per item) plus GST - this is automatically added to the cost when purchasing via the online store and associated shopping cart facility.

There is a minimum value of AUD$ 50.00 for all orders (including any delivery & GST payable on order).

When placing an order via email, please confirm total cost before making any payment - Delivery and GST is payable on every order - the only exception is that delivery is not charged on orders where customer elects for 'local pick-up' (Perth, WA only), however GST is still payable on the goods ordered.

 

Bank Transfer payments - please email me for banking details. Depending on the individual Bank's procedures, transfer may take 1 - 3 days.

 

Credit Card payments can only be made online via the Paymate facility
(note: credit card payments cannot be accepted over the phone; they are only processed online, and only by the Paymate facility - I do not have credit card processing facility with a bank)

If placing an order via the onine shop; please use your name and date of quote as reference n the Order/Item # field (i.e. smith150305)

Note: Payments, cancelled orders and refunds.

Please note that if any orders made are paid for via Paymate, and are subsequently cancelled by customer for any reason, then the refund amount shall be only for the amount paid to Johnno's Aussietint by Paymate. All buyer fees, transaction fees and processing fess charged by Paymate will be deducted from the amount customer initially paid to Paymate. Johnno's Aussietint will then refund only the balance after these fees have been accounted for.

Johnno's Aussietint does not issue cheques or cash refunds; the preferred method of refund is by direct transfer to customers nominated bank account. If the customer prefers a refund via 'money order', then the cost of 'money order' shall be deducted from the customers original payment before refund of balance is made.
