Terms and Conditions of Use

For the purposes of these Terms of use, the name "Aussietint" shall be used throughout and shall also be representative of aussietint.com, aussietint.com.au, Johnno's AussieTint, Joraen and John Radford Enterprises (ABN 62 642 913 061). Also for the purposes of this disclaimer and/or conditions of use, the term "customer" shall be used throughout and shall also be representative of any consumer and/or agent and/or representative, visitor to or person browsing this site and/or any pages contained in this site and/or linked to and/or from this site.

The "General Conditions and Disclaimer" shall apply to all web pages; including products, goods or services contained within those pages and/or contained within this site, other disclaimers for particular products, goods or services are in addition to the "General Conditions and Disclaimer".             


General Conditions and Disclaimer
The customer takes responsibility for the purchase, suitability and use or misuse of any product, goods or service obtained through Aussietint. Aussietint accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused, direct or consequential, either to person or property, by the use or misuse of any product, goods or service available from Aussietint. Purchase of any product, goods or service or downloading of any file or information sheet from this site or linked pages, constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Use or mis-use of any information and/or downloaded file obtained from Aussietint or any other webpages from this site is entirely the responsibility of the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Aussietint for any action or inaction taken by the customer in the purchase, suitability and use and/or misuse of any and all products, goods or services available from Aussietint. Photographs are representative of goods, products and/or services - actual goods, products and/or services may vary from those illustrated and/or shown in photograph.


Window Tint and Tools
Both the toolkits and/or individual tools contain a variety of razor/surgical sharp blades and knives, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Aussietint for any injury or damage caused, direct or consequential, either to person or property, by the use or misuse of any of the blades, knives or other tools. Use of any of the tools available from Aussietint constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Neither shall responsibility be taken for the suitability of any window film used; user shall accept all responsibility for the suitability and application of the window film/s. Specifications quoted are correct at time of inclusion and may be changed by manufacturer without notice and are representative only of achievable results. Photographs are representative of film colours and are as a guide only to the finished result of installation.  Glass that is damaged, cracked or chipped should be replaced prior to installation of film. Applying film to damaged glass may result in further cracking or heat/stress fractures and no liability shall be accepted for damage or injury, either direct or consequential, to any person or property resulting from the installation of window film.

Warranty
All film is warranteed to be free of manufacturing defects; however, no warranty shall apply to the installation as the Manufacturer, and their Australian agents, only apply an installation warranty if applied by a qualified window film installer.

Customers should email us within 14 days of receipt if;

Delivery
Please note that these goods are currently only available for delivery in Australia. All deliveries will be made by our film supplier's nominated courier and as such a physical delivery address will be required for all orders (i.e. a street address). Couriers will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

All goods destined for Australian addresses will be subject to Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax) and should be received within 7 - 14 days (most deliveries are usually within 48 hours of payment being received).

Customers are usually notified by email when goods have been dispatched.

Enquiries regarding delays in delivery should be emailed to us via our contact page - Please include all relevant information to assist enquiry.

Payment
Cheque or Money/Postal Order payments should be made out to A J Radford as payee and then forwarded with a copy of the product order by post. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched when cheque has been cleared.

Credit/Debit Card payments are processed via our third party payment processor Paymate - processing is usually within 24 hours.

Refunds / Returns
Film is cut to length/width/size for each order and as such cannot be returned - please make sure your film requirements are correct (type & quantity).

Tools will only be accepted for refund if faulty.

Refund shall only apply if Johnno's Aussietint is notified within 14 days of receival.

Any refund shall amount to cost of goods only and does not include original delivery or insurance costs. All return delivery and insurance costs shall be at customer’s expense and shall be prepaid.

Please check condition of goods upon delivery before signing acceptance of delivery. Any discrepancies in order should be notified immediately to us via our contact page.
