How long does delivery take

Generally from the time an order is placed and payment is made, it's usually about 3 - 4 days till goods are delivered.

Occasionally there are delays due either to the supplier being out of stock in a particular film or roll size, or some tools are on back order; these delays are out of my control, however I usually email the customer informing of the delay.

Sometimes payments are delayed by banks for any number of reasons, again these are out of my control - once payment has actually arrived at my bank, I send the order straight to MEP for processing.
