Delivery
Please note that these goods are currently only available for delivery in Australia. All deliveries will be made by our film supplier's nominated courier and as such a physical delivery address wiil be required for all orders (ie a street address). Couriers will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Payment by Cheque or Money/Postal Order should be made out to A J Radford as payee and then forwarded with a copy of the product order by post. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched when cheque has been cleared.
All goods destined for Australian addresses will be subject to Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax ) and should be received within 7 - 14 days (most deliveries are usually within 48 hours of payment being received).
Customers will be notified by email when goods have been dispatched.

Refunds / Returns
Film is cut to length for each order and as such cannot be returned - please make sure your film requirements are correct (type & quantity). Tools will only be accepted for refund if undamaged and un-used. Refund shall only apply if goods are returned within 14 days of receival. Refund shall amount to cost of goods only and does not include freight or insurance costs. All return freight and insurance costs shall be at customers expense and shall be prepaid.
Please check condition of goods upon delivery before signing acceptance of delivery. Any discrepencies in order should be notified immediately to admin@aussietint.com.au
